All opposition parties have jointly name the PPP’s candidate for the Senate chairman.
Raza Rabbani of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has been nominated by the opposition parties as a consensus candidate to chair the Senate.
While talking to media, Senator Raza Rabbani thanked the heads of the political parties for supporting him to make him a consensus candidate remarking, “I will rise up to the expectations of all the political parties.”
