Actor Nicola Peltz shared a reflective post about forgiveness after reports said Brooklyn Beckham felt angry over his parents’ Father’s Day social media posts.
Peltz, known for “Transformers,” shared a quote with followers about forgiving yourself for not knowing earlier what time later teaches.
The post came amid reports of tension between Brooklyn Beckham and his parents, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham.
Brooklyn Beckham, an aspiring chef, later posted a tribute to Peltz on social media. He said he had asked his “best friend” to marry him six years ago and called her his “beautiful wife” and “whole heart.”
The post praised Peltz for making life brighter, funnier and sweeter. Brooklyn said he wanted to keep “laughing, dreaming, and staying young” with her.
The tribute followed reports that Brooklyn felt upset after David Beckham included him in a Father’s Day post. David shared an old photograph of himself as a child in Brooklyn and another image of all four of his children.
David wrote that being a father was his most important job and thanked Victoria Beckham for their family. Victoria also included Brooklyn in her Father’s Day tribute to David.

The Sun quoted a source as saying Brooklyn had asked his parents to leave him alone and felt their posts had renewed public attention on the family dispute.
The family tension also followed criticism of Brooklyn’s two-part DoorDash commercial. Some critics accused him of selling out his family after the advert was released.
Brooklyn and Nicola married in Palm Beach in April after meeting years earlier. Their relationship has remained central to recent public coverage of the Beckham family.
