A new lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs alleges a shocking scene at a 2015 Miami party, with accuser Manzaro Joseph claiming Beyoncé and LeBron James saw him in distress during a “freak-off.”
Filed on April 1, 2025, and obtained by TMZ, Joseph’s human trafficking suit says Diddy humiliated him at King Combs’ birthday bash on Star Island, strapping a penis mask to his face and parading him around. He alleges Beyoncé asked, “Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here?” while LeBron urged, “Y’all better do something about that!”

— TMZ (@TMZ) April 1, 2025Joseph claims he was drugged, dragged through a tunnel to Diddy’s mansion, and subjected to degrading acts. Per the suit, Gloria Estefan twice called for an ambulance, only for Emilio Estefan to intervene.

Jeweler Jacob Arabo also appeared disturbed, asking, “What’s going on with this guy?” The suit targets Diddy, Emilio, ex-porn star Adria English, and Diddy’s alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, seeking damages. Beyoncé, LeBron, Gloria, and Jacob aren’t defendants.
Diddy’s Team Rejects Allegations
Diddy’s legal team told TMZ, “This complaint is a depraved bid for headlines and money—no sane person would believe it.” They expect to disprove the claims in court.
A timeline snag emerged: Jay-Z, also named, was in NYC on April 1, 2015, for a Tidal event, not Miami. Joseph’s “freak-off” account also differs from federal indictments, which describe such events with Diddy, a male sex worker and a woman.
