During a demonstration in North Waziristan’s Miran Shah on Saturday, National Democratic Movement (NDM) Chairman Mohsin Dawar sustained injuries in a firing incident.
As confirmed by police officials, the NDM protest, led by Dawar’s supporters, was organized to express discontent over delays in election results. During the event, it was reported that law enforcement resorted to firing live rounds and deploying tear gas against the demonstrators.
