Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently reflected on his past collaborations with Aamir Khan in films like “Sarfarosh” and “Talaash.” He described these experiences as enriching both on and off the set.
“Working with Aamir in ‘Sarfarosh’ and ‘Talaash’ was a remarkable journey,” Siddiqui stated. He added that their off-screen relationship was characterized by mutual respect and an unspoken understanding. “Aamir’s dedication to his craft is inspiring. We often discussed cinema extensively,” he recalled.
The film “Sarfarosh,” featuring actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aamir Khan, recently marked its 25th anniversary. The movie, directed by John Mathew Mathan, casts Khan as a dedicated police officer who resolves to tackle crime following personal losses caused by terrorism.
One of the film’s highlights is its music by Jatin-Lalit, which features evergreen songs performed by notable artists, including Jagjit Singh.
A special screening of “Sarfarosh” was recently held at PVR Juhu in Mumbai, reuniting the film’s team. During this event, Aamir expressed his ongoing interest in creating a sequel. “I’ve been advocating for ‘Sarfarosh 2,'” Aamir shared with the media. He revealed that serious discussions about a sequel have encouraged the director to develop a compelling story.
