NATO Forces Can use Pakistan Airspace

Pakistan has allowed US-led NATO forces to use country’s airspace for shipment of military supplies and equipment to Afghanistan.

According to a statement issued by the ministry of defence, “first of shipment of 15 military vehicles was transported from Jinnah International Airport, Karachi to US base in Bagram, Afghanistan.”

The permission was given under Pak-US agreement signed in 2012.
