Eid-ul-Azha is being celebrated today in commemoration of the supreme sacrifice offered by Hazrat Ibrahim (AS).
In Lahore, biggest Eid -Namaz (prayers) will be held at Badshahi Mosque while in Rawalpindi, main Eid -Namaz (prayers) will be held at Liaqat Bagh.
In Islamabad‚ the main Eid -Namaz (prayers) will be held at the Faisal Mosque while in Karachi‚ large Eid -Namaz (prayers) will be held at Gulshan-e-Jinnah‚ Nishtar Park‚ National Stadium and Eidgah Nazimabad.

Muslims across the world sacrifice a animals (Cow. Goat etc) on this day as a “reminder of Hazrat Ibrahim’s (AS) unquestioning obedience to Allah.
