National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued a public advisory for overseas Pakistanis, warning them not to use unauthorised consultants, agents or dealers for identity documents or online applications.
The authority said it has no authorised private agents, consultants or dealers for processing identity documents. It urged applicants to avoid people who falsely claim affiliation with NADRA.
According to the advisory, identity-related services are available only through NADRA Registration Centres and counters established at Pakistan’s foreign missions in different countries. The list of these locations is available on NADRA’s official website.
NADRA also said online services are available only through the Pak ID mobile app and official NADRA websites ending with .gov.pk.
The authority advised overseas Pakistanis not to share personal information, documents or application details with unauthorised individuals or groups. It warned that fake agents may misuse private data or charge applicants for services they cannot legally provide.
