The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that its mobile registration drive will be held in the United Kingdom. This initiative offers essential document services for overseas Pakistanis in Blackburn and Sheffield on Friday, August 30, 2025.
NADRA’s outreach program is designed to offer convenient, official services to the Pakistani diaspora, including renewals and new applications for critical identification documents.
NADRA UK Drive Locations and Timings
The mobile registration units will be stationed at two key locations:
- Blackburn (Manchester):
- Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

- Sheffield:
- Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Overseas Pakistanis can avail themselves of the following services at these locations:
- Renewal of Computerised National Identity Cards (CNICs)
- Issuance and renewal of National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOPs)
- Issuance of Family Registration Certificates (FRCs)
To ensure fast and efficient service, please bring the following:
- Your expired or soon-to-expire CNIC or NICOP.
- B-Forms for child registration applications.

- Dedicated Female Staff: Separate counters and dedicated female staff will be available to assist women and families.
