NADRA Job Openings 2025: Apply for Key Positions in Islamabad & Gilgit Baltistan

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced multiple job vacancies. The authority invites applications for several key positions at its Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan offices. Interested and eligible candidates must submit their applications by December 21, 2025.

Position 1: Assistant Superintendent (Customer Services Executive) – Islamabad

This role centres on customer service excellence. The appointed officer will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries and procedures, and maintain high service quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
  • Knowledge of additional regional languages is preferred.

Position 2: Deputy Director (Vigilance) – Gilgit Baltistan

This is a leadership role in vigilance operations. The deputy director will monitor sensitive activities, ensure compliance with organisational rules, and support risk mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical and judgment skills.
  • Ability to manage both field and office work.
  • Skill in coordinating discreetly with internal and external stakeholders.

Position 3: Director (Quality Management) – Islamabad

This senior role involves leading software quality assurance. The director will oversee quality across development cycles, review system requirements and test plans, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams.
  • Conduct audits and prepare management reports.
  • Oversee QA teams in complex testing environments.

Applicants who meet the specified requirements for any of these positions are encouraged to apply. All applications must be submitted before the final deadline of December 21, 2025.
