The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced the NADRA Biker Service.

The NADRA Biker Service initiative allows citizens to apply for or update their Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) without visiting a NADRA office. The service aims to streamline the typically cumbersome and time-consuming process of obtaining a CNIC.

What is the NADRA Biker Service?

The NADRA Biker Service brings the functionality of a NADRA office directly to your doorstep. You can apply for a new CNIC or update your information at home or work.

How to Book a Biker Service

To utilize this service, follow these steps:

  1. Dial 1777 from your mobile phone to contact NADRA.
  2. Follow the voice prompts: press 1 and 2 to connect with a Biker Service representative.
  3. Inform the representative that you wish to schedule an appointment and specify the service you need (e.g., new CNIC, address change).
  4. Provide your location details to the representative.
  5. Confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation message with your appointment details.

NADRA Biker Service Fee

In addition to the standard application costs, there is a service fee of RS 1,000. For instance, obtaining a new CNIC through the Biker Service is priced at Rs. 1,500. Payment options include card and cash.

Where to Receive Your CNIC?

NADRA will deliver your CNIC or any other requested document directly to your specified address, eliminating any need for you to visit a NADRA office.

Availability of the Service

Currently, the Biker Service is available only in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. However, NADRA plans to expand this service to other cities soon.

In conclusion, the NADRA Biker Service offers a convenient alternative to traditional methods, saving you time and the hassle of standing in long queues. If you’re in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, consider booking your appointment today to take advantage of this innovative service.
