The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials have arrested Ashraf Magsi, former chairman Balochistan Public Service Commission, sources said earlier today.
NAB sources privy to the arrest said, Ashraf Magsi was arrested in a case related to irregularities in the appointments.
Last week, the NAB arrested Balochistan Finance Secretary Mushtaq Ahmed Raisani and seized Rs650 million local and foreign currency and gold jewellery weighing several kilogrammes were recovered from his residence.
Mushtaq Raisani, who was arrested on Friday for his involvement in massive financial embezzlement, has started disclosing the names of his facilitators.
