Pakistan’s Arslan Ash beat South Korea’s Rangchu in the Tekken 8 grand final at EVO 2026 in Las Vegas to win his eighth EVO championship.
Arslan “Arslan Ash” Siddique earned $28,000 after finishing first in a Tekken 8 field of 1,355 players. The win extended Arslan’s EVO streak to four titles.
His EVO titles span Tekken 7 and Tekken 8. The run began with EVO Japan 2019 and EVO 2019. He later won Tekken 7 titles at EVO Japan 2023 and EVO 2023.
Arslan then won Tekken 8 titles at EVO 2024, EVO 2025, EVO France 2025 and EVO 2026. At EVO 2025 in Las Vegas, he beat fellow Pakistani player Atif Butt in an all-Pakistan grand final.
He claimed his seventh EVO title in France after a bracket reset against South Korea’s JeonDDing.

Arslan, 30, began playing Tekken in arcades in Lahore before entering the international circuit. His breakthrough came in 2018 when he beat South Korean Tekken player Knee at the OUG Tournament.
