Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) Rabita Committee sacked Kamran Tessori from the Rabia Committee.

according to sources, the rift in MMQ(P) has deepened over allocation of senate tickets.

Talking to media MMQ(P) Chief Dr. Farooq Sattar termed suspension of  Kamran Tessori as “unconstitutional”.

Sattar said the party members were invited to Bahadurabad using his name and under false pretense.

“The Rabita Committee members who held a meeting and spoke to the media… this was a violation of the party rules and code of conduct. According to the party’s constitution, if I, as the convener, had ordered against holding this meeting, then it was illegal and unconstitutional.”

Earlier on late Monday night, MQM(P) leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that Kamran Tessori was not the member of Rabita Committee and he was also suspended for six months.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that the 90% of the members voted against Kamran Tesori.

MQM(P) Rabita Committee has suspended Kamran Tessori for six months over the violation of party discipline.
