Unidentified assailents hurled a cracker at a Rangers check-post near matric board in North Nazimabad, Karachi early on Friday morning.
The cracker attack created panic in the area, however, no loss of life or property was reported in the attack.
Rangers and police personnel rushed to the scene and cordoned off the area.
Search operation was also launched in the area however no arrests were reported.
According to bomb disposal officials, bottle bomb weighing 250gm was used in the attack.
