Michael Jackson came back to life at the Billboard Music Awards 2014 last night
A hologram of the King of Pop opened the ceremony – which was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena – with a beyond-the-grave performance of electro dance anthem Slave To The Rhythm from his UK No.1 posthumous Xscape album.
