BIRMINGHAM: The men’s 100m final at Birmingham 2026 will begin at 1:47 a.m. PKT on Wednesday, August 12, following Tuesday night’s semifinals at Alexander Stadium.
The official European Athletics timetable lists the semifinals for 8:32 p.m. BST, which is equivalent to 12:32 a.m. PKT. The final follows 75 minutes later.
Defending champion Marcell Jacobs is seeking his third successive European 100m title. The Italian previously won the event in Munich in 2022 and Rome in 2024.
Tuesday’s evening session starts with women’s pole vault qualifying at 11:05 p.m. PKT. The men’s hammer throw final begins five minutes later.
The women’s 5,000m final starts at 11:25 p.m. PKT. Meanwhile, the women’s 100m hurdles semifinals begin at 11:55 p.m. After midnight, the men’s long jump final starts at 12:16 a.m. The men’s 400m semifinals follow at 1 a.m.
The women’s 100m hurdles final begins at 1:30 a.m., shortly before the men’s 100m title race. The championships run through Sunday, August 16. Organisers said event times remain subject to change.
