Rapper Megan Thee Stallion appeared emotional during a Broadway curtain call Saturday after addressing her split from NBA player Klay Thompson.
Megan had performed as Zidler in “Moulin Rouge! The Musical” before the audience gave her a standing ovation.
Footage shared online showed Megan wiping away tears as fans shouted support from the theatre.
The moment drew attention hours after Megan discussed the end of her relationship with Thompson on social media and made allegations of infidelity.
Megan later said in a statement that trust, fidelity and respect were “non-negotiable” for her in a relationship.
She said she had decided to prioritise herself and move forward with “peace and clarity.” Thompson has not publicly responded to the claims.

Megan had previously described Thompson as kind and emotionally supportive; the pair bought a home together in late 2025.
In later social media posts, Megan described emotional strain during Thompson’s basketball season and questioned his commitment to monogamy.
