Lahore Mughalpura police stripped and tortured two youths in public.
After release a video on tv and social media DIG Operations Haider Ashraf took notice of the incident and lodged a case against the policemen involved in the incident and also ordered a departmental inquiry against SHO Rai Nasir.
According reports Shahid and Ali were stopped by police and demanded for motorcycle’s papers, failing which they were stripped and tortured in public.
An FIR has been filed against an ASI and two constables involved in the incident.
