Bollywood actor Salman Khan attended the last rites of longtime friend Kumod Raney, who died on June 9, 2026, at the age of 60.
Khan was photographed leaving Raney’s residence after the funeral. The moment later circulated widely on social media.
Salman’s mother, Salma Khan and actor Helen also visited the residence to offer condolences.
Sohail Khan attended the funeral and was seen assisting his mother. Salman’s nephews, Nirvaan Khan and Arhaan Khan, were also present with other family members.

Raney was a Mumbai-born entrepreneur who lived in Dubai. She founded Reign Beauty Bar, a luxury beauty salon she had run for more than 21 years.
She was also part of Bollywood’s social circle and had close friendships with Seema Sajdeh, Bhavna Pandey and Maheep Kapoor.
A tribute shared on Instagram remembered Raney for her kindness, warmth, grace and spirit.
Raney had celebrated her 60th birthday at a gathering in February 2026. Salman Khan, Arpita Khan and Ayat attended the celebration.
