Lahore, Punjab: The Punjab government has announced the second Kissan Card lucky draw winners, selecting 10 farmers from across the province to receive premium mobile phones.
ARY News reported that the draw was held under the Chief Minister of Punjab’s Kissan Card program. The official advertisement said only farmers who had cleared their Kissan Card bills qualified for the second round.
The winners came from Bahawalnagar, Faisalabad, Bhakkar, Rahim Yar Khan, Lodhran, Multan, Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, Sargodha, Sialkot and Chishtian, according to the announcement.

The Punjab government said the initiative aims to reward active Kissan Card users and encourage farmers to use digital systems for agricultural facilities. Officials said the scheme also supports access to subsidies and other government-backed services.
Successful farmers have been directed to contact their local agriculture officials with their Computerised National Identity Card to claim prizes. The Agriculture Department said farmers can contact the helpline at 0800-17000 for assistance.
