Page Six reported that Katy Perry’s “Lifetimes Tour” has earned over $80 million. She sold 1.1 million tickets across the United States, Canada, and Australia. The tour started on April 23, 2025. It faced considerable online criticism regarding Perry’s outfits and dance moves. Despite this, the 40-year-old singer’s success shows her strength and determination.

Katy Perry’s fifth concert tour, called “Lifetimes,” has had large crowds. By August 2025, she sold 1.1 million tickets. The tour, which covers North America and Australia, has generated $80 million. Perry’s shows, with hit songs like “Dark Horse,” attracted 500,000 people in the USA alone.

Since she announced the tour, Perry faced harsh comments on social media. Some people made fun of her dances, saying things like, “People are paying for this?” Others said, “She’s trying moves from when she was younger.” This criticism followed earlier negative reactions to her Blue Origin space flight in April 2025. Many questioned why she took part in that flight. However, despite the negativity, Perry’s ticket sales continued to rise.

Perry replied to her critics on Instagram. She said, “I know who I am and what’s important to me.” She thanked her therapist for advice: “No one can make you believe something you don’t already believe about yourself.” She also called the internet a “dumping ground for unhealed” feelings. Perry asked fans to focus on positive things.

Katy Perry is a pop star with 15 Grammy nominations and 143 million records sold worldwide. She continues to succeed in the music world. Her 2024 album, “143,” reached number 6 on the Billboard 200 chart. This raised excitement for her tour. Her recent Blue Origin flight, part of an all-female mission, showed her adventurous side despite the criticism. Despite some controversies, her ability to face challenges has helped grow her fan base to 200 million Instagram followers.
