Karachi’s Traffic Police have announced road closures on April 23 in multiple key areas, accompanied by a detailed traffic plan for the city.

According to the traffic plan, Club Road will be closed from PIDC to Metropole, Dr Ziauddin Road will be inaccessible from Ziauddin Road Bridge to PIDC Chowk, and Dr Ziauddin Ahmed Road will be shut down from Khajoor Chowk to PIDC.

For redirected traffic, vehicles from Sultanabad are to use Dr. Ziauddin Road, connecting through Khajoor Chowk to reach Ivan Sadar Road. Traffic from Shahrae Faisal heading to Sultanabad should divert left at Club Chowk to access Clifton Bridge and Board Basin.

Khaliq-ul-Zaman Road and Ghazri commuters should turn right at the Ziauddin light signal towards Fawara Chowk and Awan Sadar. Those travelling from Shaheen Complex are directed to turn right at Khajoor Chowk.

These adjustments are crucial for maintaining safety and traffic flow due to the expected congestion on April 23. Residents are advised to plan their travel accordingly.
