Karachi Police have arrested three suspects working for an extortion network being operated from South Africa.
According to police, three suspects identified as Wasif Rafiq, Faizan alias Matho and Hassan Tufail the Ajmir Nagri police on Monday.
The police claimed that the accused used to send extortion chit wrapped in a bullet to the doctors on the directives of a man named Furqan from South Africa.
DIG West said that Hassan Tufail is also involved in the killing of four people in Karachi.
