Karachi police have arrested five suspects students including a student of seventh on disappearance of three schoolgirls.
As many as three female students of ninth class could not be found so far after they had gone missing yesterday as their parents said the girls went to school.
The case took another turn when the school administration confirmed that the missing girl did not come to school. Whereas one of the missing girl’s mother claimed that she witnessed her daughter enter the school premises yesterday.
Earlier, Members of the distraught families mounted a protest demonstration outside Malir Saudabad police station as the police avoided registering the missing report.
Parents said their complaint was logged at the police station after they approached the paramilitary force for the purpose.
After registering the case against the unknown people, police officials said five boys have been taken into custody and some details have been elicited from their mobile phones.
Police said they will recover the girls before long.
Inspector General of Sindh Police has taken notice of the incident and demanded a report from DIG East.
