John Cena announced during WWE SmackDown that he has 11 appearances remaining before his final WWE match. He specifically ruled out Brock Lesnar as his next opponent, as reported by Bleacher Report. After delivering an impressive performance against Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam for the WWE championship, Cena clarified his retirement timeline and revealed that his next match would be against Logan Paul at Clash in Paris. This announcement put to rest rumours of an immediate clash with Lesnar and generated excitement among fans for his farewell tour.

During SmackDown, Logan Paul interrupted John Cena, leading to a heated confrontation that set the stage for their upcoming match. The episode concluded with Cena teaming up with Cody Rhodes to take on Paul and Drew McIntyre in the main event. Cena also confirmed that Brock Lesnar is still a future rival, hinting at a potential blockbuster match, possibly at Survivor Series, which has sparked speculation among fans.

Cena, a 16-time WWE champion, shared reflective thoughts about his career’s final phase, noting the countdown has deepened his appreciation for each moment. He acknowledged Lesnar’s threat, stating, “He’s still a dangerous rival,” and teased a future encounter before retiring. This has heightened anticipation for how his remaining matches will unfold.

Fans praised John Cena’s performance at SummerSlam and are eagerly anticipating his upcoming match against Logan Paul at Clash in Paris, as well as a potential showdown with Brock Lesnar. With only 11 appearances remaining, each match holds significant importance, marking the end of an era for the wrestling icon. Social media is buzzing with excitement for Cena’s well-planned farewell tour.
