Ivanka Trump cosmetic surgery claims have resurfaced after plastic surgeon Anthony Youn speculated from photographs that she may have undergone several procedures over the years.
Youn, who has not treated Trump, based his comments on comparisons of images taken across different stages of her life. His assessment therefore remains speculation rather than a confirmed medical history.
In a YouTube analysis, Youn said changes in the appearance of Trump’s nose led him to believe she may have undergone two rhinoplasties, including one between 1997 and 1998 and another by 2006.
He also speculated that Trump may have received a chin implant in her 20s. Youn later suggested she may have used facial fillers and Botox beginning in her early 30s.

Youn said he did not see signs of major procedures such as a facelift or eyelid lift in later photographs, while continuing to speculate about injectable treatments. Ivanka Trump has not publicly confirmed the cosmetic procedures Youn described.
