TEHRAN, Iran: Iran missile strikes targeted U.S.-linked military sites across the Middle East as Tehran released footage it said showed new missile and drone attacks following U.S. strikes on Iranian targets.

Its public relations office claimed combined missile and drone strikes against targets in Jordan, Bahrain and Erbil in Iraq’s Kurdistan region.
Iran’s regular army separately released footage it said showed drone attacks against U.S. military facilities in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
The army identified Al Dhafra and Al Minhad air bases in the UAE among its claimed targets. It said attackers targeted radar systems and areas housing U.S. personnel.

Iranian military channels also claimed U.S. personnel suffered injuries and required evacuation after strikes in Jordan.
Jordanian authorities said air defences intercepted several incoming ballistic missiles no widespread casualties or major infrastructure damage from the attacks.

Kuwaiti officials also reported intercepting hostile drones, while Kurdish authorities said coalition forces downed explosive-laden drones near Erbil.
Iranian forces also targeted Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain and U.S.-linked facilities in Kuwait. Regional authorities disputed or did not confirm several Iranian claims of damage.
The latest attacks followed renewed U.S. strikes on Iranian military targets. AP footage also showed what Iran described as missiles launching toward Jordan as fighting between Tehran and Washington intensified again.
In a rapid response dubbed part of “Operation Thunder” (or Operation Lightning), Iran’s IRGC and regular military branches launched waves of ballistic missiles and Arash suicide drones at U.S. military infrastructure spread across five countries.
