The interior ministry has approved request of Federal Investigation Agency’s request to issue red warrants for Brahamdagh Bugti and Sher Mohammad.

According to  ‘The News Pakistan’, an official revealed “The approval has been granted and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has formally received the directions of the Interior Ministry regarding,’.

Balochistan government had requested FIA for getting Red Warrants of both the self-exiled leaders in connection with cases of terrorism registered in different parts of the province.

The sources claim that following the request of the Balochistan home department along with the copies of cases, warrants of Anti-Terrorism Courts and declaration of absconders (for both the leaders) FIA approached the Interior Ministry for formal approval which granted the approval of the request.

The sources claim that FIA is likely to approach Interpol within next two working days for getting the arrest of both the leaders.

Brahamdagh Bugti is reportedly living in Switzerland these days in last September he had applied for a for asylum in India .There are reports that Sher Mohammad alias Sher Baloch is also living in Europe however he is living a low profile life.

Brahmdagh Bugti was accompanying his grandfather and famous Baloch leader Akbar Bugti when he was killed in Kohlu district of Balochistan during a military operation. Brahmdagh successfully flee from the point.

Military at that time claimed that Akbar Bugti had blew up the same cave where he was hiding which resulted in demolition of cave and death of the veteran Baloch leader.

It is pertinent to mention that according to the section 3 of Interpol law it does not entertain the cases related to politics and religion basis on which recently it partially turned down FIA’s request of arresting MQM leader Altaf Hussain living a self exiled life in Britain.
