Larkana: A bloody clash that took place in Larkana over a disputed piece of land, which claimed nine lives including a deputy director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB), ARY News reported.
According to details, a clash took place between Bhok and Mugheri clans in Pakhu area of Qambar Shahdad Kot, district Larkana. Both sides freely exchanged gunfire due to which nine people were killed and several wounded from both the clans.
The victims included 40-year Deedar Mugheri, 20-year Liaquat Mugheri, 28-year Ghulam Murtaza Mugheri, Mukhtiar Buk– deputy director Intelligence Bureau who was posted at Islamabad and his driver 44 year Ashiq Buk
The deceased also included Deputy Director IB Islamabad, Mukhtiar Ali Bhok.
The injured and the dead bodies were shifted to the hospital.
Following the clash, armed men of the Mugheri clan also gunned down a man in Khairpur Joso, after disembarking him from a wagon.
