A GTA 6 leak claims that Rockstar Games may be developing a Nintendo Switch 2 version of Grand Theft Auto VI, according to gaming insider Nash Weedle.
Weedle, who covers Nintendo-related information, claimed this week that Rockstar may prepare a Switch 2 edition close to launch, though he questioned whether that timeline remains realistic.
Rockstar Games has confirmed Grand Theft Auto VI for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, including Xbox Series S and PS5 Pro models.
The report said Rockstar also plans a PC version after launch, but has not announced any Nintendo release.
Players have questioned the claim because Rockstar never released Grand Theft Auto V on Nintendo Switch and also skipped the platform with Red Dead Redemption 2.
The report said a Nintendo Switch 2 version could require major visual downgrades compared with the main console editions.
Weedle also claimed Rockstar does not plan to reveal a Nintendo edition in the next trailer.
The report said Rockstar currently wants to highlight the technical performance of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox versions before release.
