Many experts believe that Gareth Bale is much younger than the average retirement age, but his career began to drift after he left Tottenham Hotspur. Nevertheless, bale won trophies despite his poor relationship with the fans.

He’s one of the most decorated British players, having won La Liga Santander three times and the Champions League five times.

He’s been the talisman of the Welsh national team recently, helping them reach the EURO 2016 quarterfinals and the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

“From my first touch at Southampton to my last with LAFC, I have immense pride and gratitude for my club career,” Bale said on Twitter.
