Former Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) lawmaker Firdous Ashiq Awan has joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
PTI social media cell Tweeted out two photos announcing the joining of the former PPP stalwart.
“Firdous Ashiq Awan meets Jahangir Tareen. She will meet Imran Khan shortly after which she will announce her inclusion into PTI,” the first tweet read.
Awan resigned as vice president of PPP Punjab in July 2015.
Awan met with Imran Khan, PTI secretary-general Jehangir Tareen and PTI leader Ishaq Khan Khakwani,met PTI leaders Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen in Nathiagali, Murree.

Sources said Awan has finally decided to join PTI which she is likely to formally announce today.
