First Ramazan day likely to be hot for Karachiites

Karachi: Severe weather conditions will test the patience of fasting people in Karachi on the first day of holy month of Ramazan as the mercury is expected to soar to 41 and 42 centigrade on Friday.

According to Met Department, the hot weather conditions are expected to become more trying for Karachiites as the temperature is expected to rise to 42 and 43 centigrade.

However, the Karachiites are likely to heave a sigh of relief with on Wednesday when the heat wave will subside.

Karachi basked under 39.5 centigrade on Thursday. Meantime, 46 centigrade was the highest temperature in Sibbi, Larkana, Jackobabad and Sukkur on Thursday.
