Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested the mastermind behind the leaking of medical entry test papers.
According to FIA sources, the mastermind, Rao Bilal, was arrested from Multan Airport as he was trying to flee to Qatar via private airliner.
FIA has shifted to Lahore after initial inquiry.
Lahore Police have already arrested 12 suspects over leaking examination papers whereas a professor, involved in the same act, is in police custody for 10 days.
The Punjab government had submitted a report to the Lahore High Court that employees of University of Health Sciences were found involved in paper leak issue.
The high court had declared the results invalid and demanded new test should be taken for the admissions.
The court had also ordered legal action against those responsible in leaking medical entrance examination papers.
The entry test may be held in the last week of October.
