Legal team of former Chief Justice of Supreme Court Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has prepared the case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan over defamation in the first week of October.
Iftikhar Chaudhry’s legal team told today that ex-CJ has rejected Imran Khan’s response and the allegations levied by Imran Khan of former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry influencing the returning officers (ROs) are baseless.
Team further verified that the documents regarding Imran Khan have also been received from the Supreme Court.
