A representative for Sean “Diddy” Combs has publicly denied allegations that the rapper violated prison rules. The statement comes in response to a TMZ report claiming he was caught with a homemade alcoholic beverage at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
The spokesperson firmly asserted that Combs “has not violated any prison rules.” They emphasised the artist’s focus on maintaining his sobriety and self-discipline during his incarceration.
The representative outlined Combs’ priorities while serving his sentence. “His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities,” the statement read, “and he is taking them seriously.”

The spokesperson also requested privacy for the rapper, acknowledging that rumours are likely to surface. They asked the public and press for “the benefit of the doubt” and “the privacy to focus on his personal growth.”
A separate, now-deleted statement from Combs’ official X account also labelled the alcohol rumours “completely false.”

The music mogul recently began serving his four-year, two-month federal prison sentence. This punishment stems from his conviction on prostitution-related charges earlier this year.
Authorities transferred Combs from the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn to the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, on October 30.
