Actor Ranveer Singh’s “Dhurandhar 2” reached Rs1,794.65 crore worldwide on its 53rd day, narrowly missing the Rs1,795 crore mark ahead of its scheduled OTT release on May 14.
The Aditya Dhar-directed spy drama earned Rs 1.10 crore net in India on its eighth Sunday across 733 shows, according to Sacnilk. The figure marked a 22.2% rise from Saturday’s Rs 0.90 crore collection.
The film’s India net total stood at Rs1,143.09 crore after day 53, while its domestic gross reached Rs1,368.10 crore. Overseas earnings stood at Rs426.55 crore after the film added Rs0.05 crore internationally on Sunday.
Released on March 19, 2026, “Dhurandhar 2” has become the highest-grossing Hindi film of 2026 so far, according to trade figures cited in the source material.
The film’s first-week collection stood at Rs674.17 crore, followed by Rs263.65 crore in week two.
“Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Raw and Undekha)” will stream on JioHotstar in India and Netflix internationally from May 14, with unseen footage and uncensored dialogue expected in the digital version.
Co-producer Jyoti Deshpande also hinted at a possible third instalment. “We’re not done with Dhurandhar yet,” she told Bollywood Hungama, adding that the team hoped to share a “surprise” later this year.
