Punjab Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in a targeted operation in Sheikhupur gunned down nine alleged militants.
According to details, the operation by CTD officials was carried out in Sheikhupura’s Chichoki Mallian area. In the exchange of fire, CTD officials gunned down nine alleged terrorists while three to four of them were able to evade arrest and escape.
Six kilograms of explosive materials, five Kalashnikov rifles and five pistols were recovered from the alleged militants.
