COAS Munir Congratulates Army Team on Cambrian Patrol Gold

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has commended the Pakistan Army team for its recent international achievement. He stated their success at the prestigious Exercise Cambrian Patrol 2025 reaffirms the army’s commitment to excellence.

The Army Chief made these remarks during a meeting with the competition participants at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) issued a statement detailing the interaction on Tuesday.

According to the ISPR release, the COAS congratulated the team for their “outstanding performance in one of the world’s toughest military endurance and leadership competitions.”

Field Marshal Munir commended the soldiers for demonstrating exceptional standards across several key areas. He highlighted their physical endurance, tactical proficiency, and exemplary team spirit.

The army chief noted that these qualities align with the highest traditions of the Pakistan Army. He also appreciated the dedication and rigorous training the team undertook in preparation for the event, stating their success has brought pride to the nation.

The participants expressed their gratitude to the COAS for the honour of the meeting. They reiterated their resolve to continue upholding the army’s core values of discipline, selfless devotion, and professional excellence. The Pakistan Army team secured a gold medal at Exercise Cambrian Patrol 2025. The demanding international competition took place in Wales, United Kingdom, from October 3 to 13.
