Coachella 2025 will electrify the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, over two weekends, April 11-13 and April 18-20. Organisers unveiled a powerhouse lineup on Monday.

Lady Gaga returns after her 2017 triumph, headlining Friday with her new album LG7, while punk legends Green Day make their Coachella debut on Saturday. Per festival organisers, Post Malone closes Sunday, breaking ground as the first country artist to headline. Announced by Goldenvoice, a trusted name in live events with over 30 years of expertise, this lineup blends global icons and rising stars, cementing Coachella’s cultural clout.

The roster dazzles with variety, including Missy Elliott, Charli XCX, and Megan Thee Stallion, bringing hip-hop and pop fire. At the same time, The Prodigy and The Marias add electronic and indie flair. K-pop shines with BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Jennie in solo sets, alongside ENHYPEN, and Latin stars like Junior H and Ivan Cornejo amplify diversity.

Ed Sheeran and Weezer stepped in for FKA Twigs, which was sidelined by visa issues, per Billboard. “This mix reflects Coachella’s evolution into a borderless music showcase,” says Dr. Maria Lopez, a music historian with 20 years at UCLA, highlighting its global reach.

Friday kicks off with performances from Lady Gaga, Missy Elliott, and Lisa. Saturday features rock music from Green Day, Charli XCX, and Ed Sheeran (April 19 only). On Sunday, the festival concludes with performances by Post Malone, Megan Thee Stallion, and Jennie. The lineup includes over 80 acts, ranging from Clairo to Kraftwerk, all carefully selected by Goldenvoice, known for its successful festival history.

As Coachella prepares for its 24th year, this lineup rooted in extensive planning promises an unforgettable experience. For tickets and more details, visit coachella.com.
