Cement Rate Pakistan stood between Rs. 1,505 and Rs. 1,610 for a 50kg bag of Ordinary Portland Cement as of June 13, 2026, according to retail market reports.
The nationwide retail average ranged from Rs. 1,540 to Rs. 1,580 per 50kg bag. Premium brands traded near the upper end because of brand tier, quality and local dealer margins.
Karachi and southern markets in Sindh recorded prices between Rs. 1,520 and Rs. 1,570 per bag. The lower end of the range to factory proximity and reduced freight costs.
Lahore, Islamabad and northern markets in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recorded higher prices between Rs. 1,550 and Rs. 1,610 per bag. Transport distance and stronger construction demand kept rates firm.

Fuel costs continued to affect logistics. The federal government reduced petrol by Rs. 4 to Rs. 373.78 per litre and high-speed diesel by Rs. 2 to Rs. 378.78 per litre on June 13.
Cement distribution remains heavily dependent on diesel trucking. Higher transport costs kept wholesale floor prices rigid despite the latest fuel price cut.
Domestic cement output kept overall supply balanced and helped limit sharper price increases. Minor daily changes may still occur because of order size, retail location and dealer margins.
