A case has been filed against Chairman of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri over incitement of violence.
According to details, a case against Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri has been filed in Data Darbar Police Station under section 7 of Anti Terrorism Act (ATA), Section 506 of Pakistan Penal Code.
According to sources, the case has been registered on the appeal of a citizen named Khurshid.
Punjab Law Minister Rana Mashhood confirmed that a citizen had filed a complaint against Dr. Qadri for inciting violence. He said that no action was initiated by the government.
