Rapper Cardi B spoke out during an Instagram Live session about an ongoing paternity dispute involving her boyfriend, NFL star Stefon Diggs. We’ll figure it out.”
The dispute centres around influencer Aileen Lopera, known as Lord Gisselle, who filed a lawsuit in December 2024 at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Lopera named Diggs as the father of her daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, born on April 2, 2025. She is seeking full custody while limiting Diggs to visitation rights. Additionally, Lopera requests that Diggs cover medical and legal expenses.

In August 2025, TMZ released footage showing Diggs leaving a New York hospital carrying a baby carrier. An unidentified woman was seen in the accompanying vehicle. Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, clarified that the woman was not her client and noted “no car seat was provided to her.” Arminak expressed hope that Diggs will meet and support his daughter.
