Camila Cabello experienced a wardrobe malfunction at the 2024 Met Gala when her custom Ludovic de Saint Sernin dress ripped, revealing her underwear. The tear, which started near the high leg slit, was photographed after the red carpet event, exposing more than she intended.
Despite the mishap, the “Havana” singer remained composed and confidently walked past a crowd of photographers. The dress appeared intact when she initially modelled it on the Met Steps, leaving the exact timing of the tear uncertain.
This isn’t Cabello’s first wardrobe malfunction. In 2022, while demonstrating a dance move on BBC’s “The One Show,” her shirt slipped off her shoulder, briefly exposing her breast. Maintaining her poise, she continued dancing and adjusted her shirt mid-performance, humorously acknowledging the incident afterwards.

Later, she posted a TikTok poking fun at the mishap, lip-syncing to “Time Machine” by Muni Long with text on-screen saying, “When my stylist asked me if I wanted nip covers and I said no.”
