Burewala: At least five people were killed and 26 sustained injuries when a passenger bus en-route to shrine of Sakhi Sarwar from Chhanga Manga overturned near Dewan Sahib in Wednesday’s wee hours.
According to police, the accident took place after the driver could not control the bus while moving at full throttle over a road turn, leaving five passengers dead and 26 others wounded.
All the deceased and the injured have been shifted to nearby hospital.
