Baltazar Lemos, 60, announced his death on social media to see who would attend his funeral. He then organized a fake funeral for his family and friends.

According to The Mirror, a Brazilian man called Baltazar Lemos traveled to his death voluntarily. The individual lives in Curitiba, Brazil. The 60-year-old guy spread false rumors about his death on Facebook. This individual was responsible for all preparations. Lemos posted on Facebook that he had abandoned us.

Lemos, who regularly officiated funerals, recalled being upset after presiding over a service for someone with only two people present as opposed to those with hundreds.

Lemos then stated that he had attended hundreds of funerals over the past two years and was intrigued as to who would attend his funeral and who would be grieving. In response to this event, Lemos encountered backlash on social media. Friends of Lemos commented that a man would never trust him again after such an event.

Following Lemos’s post, his nephews went to the hospital but were disappointed to learn that he hadn’t been admitted, according to APN News.

His friends also heard the news and inquired about the cause of death, but they received no response. So in its place, information about the funeral’s location and time was distributed, along with a request for attendance.

The man’s friends and family attended the procession set up in his hometown to show their support. However, everyone was startled when they heard Lemos’ voice, which caused many people to start crying.

The people grieving Lemos’ passing were shocked when he opened the coffin’s gate and emerged from it. Naturally, the people became upset and accused him of hurting their feelings.
