Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds missed Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding at Madison Square Garden on Friday, as sources said Swift’s friendship with Lively had ended.
Lively, 38, and Reynolds, 49, were photographed in Lake Placid, New York, attending their daughter Betty’s horse show. Betty placed second in the competition.
Multiple outlets reported last month that Lively had not been invited to the New York City wedding.
A source close to Swift told Page Six that Swift wanted to be around people she trusted. Swift did not believe the friendship with Lively could be repaired.
The reported split followed Lively’s legal dispute with “It Ends With Us” director Justin Baldoni.
Baldoni filed a USD 400 million lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds and their publicist, but the case was dismissed by the court.
The dispute drew Swift into the record after private messages between Lively and Swift surfaced.

Swift also received a subpoena in May 2025, which was later withdrawn. Lively and Swift have not been seen together since 2024.
Lively also missed Swift’s bachelorette celebrations last month. Karlie Kloss, another former member of Swift’s circle, attended the wedding.
