Blake Lively has made fresh and serious allegations against Justin Baldoni, claiming she felt pressured into an uncomfortable and humiliating situation while filming a birth scene for It Ends With Us.
According to newly disclosed testimony in an ongoing legal dispute, Lively says the scene involved unnecessary pressure to simulate near-nudity despite her clear objections. She claims the issue arose on the day the hospital delivery scene was filmed.
Lively alleges that Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath pushed for her character to appear naked during childbirth. She said Baldoni referenced his wife’s labour experience to justify the request, according to reports cited by TMZ.
Lively said she strongly disagreed. She explained that she has given birth four times and never experienced anything similar. She also said a hospital gown made sense for a medical setting.
Lively claims she felt forced to compromise despite her objections. She agreed only to simulate exposure from below the chest—a condition she says the team never discussed or approved beforehand.

Lively alleged that the team filmed multiple camera angles, including frontal shots. She had to ask for a blanket between takes to maintain basic privacy.
She further claimed that the actor playing the OB/GYN was a close friend of Baldoni. He positioned himself repeatedly between her legs during filming, which heightened her discomfort.
“I was extremely uncomfortable with the degree to which I was exposed,” Lively stated. She said the experience felt humiliating and invasive. She added that Baldoni’s friends’ presence on set made the situation worse.
Lively also alleged that the film’s financier visited the set during the scene, which she described as inappropriate. She further claimed that the next day, Heath showed her a childbirth video. She said she found it disturbing before learning it featured his wife. Representatives for Baldoni have not issued any public response to the allegations.
