Unknown gunmen shot and killed a senior leader of the Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) in Karachi late yesterday night. .
According to police, assailants opened fire on the car of ASWJ Secretary General Dr. Fayyaz at Shershah Paracha Chowk.
Dr. Fayyaz and his driver died instantly.
Police reached the scene and shifted the dead bodies to Civil Hospital, where large numbers of ASWJ workers gathered.
